Gosh, you are so loved and adored, Judi - I hope you know that. While I’ve only been graced with your presence for a few years now, you sure are something special. I will forever be indebted to you for taking a chance and giving me such a tremendous opportunity at Markel. I have grown so much thanks to you. You are a one-of-a-kind mentor. While I know there was still so much to learn, in one way or another, I have a feeling you will continue to guide and teach me along the way. I will miss hearing your laugh (though if I listen closely, I can almost hear it now), sharing sirloin salads over work lunches, and getting excited as we caught up on work gossip. I hope wherever you are, you are laughing up a storm, pain-free, with those long blonde locks of yours. You are a remarkable person, Judi. May you find the light, and be it. May your loved ones find comfort in the memories you shared. May you know just how loved you are. May we meet again.
